Cool, clear and precise, fresh and immensely stony, it appears on the nose. Green and yellow citrus notes meet freshly picked mirabelles and peaches, green apples and pears. In addition, there are dry herbs and, above all, a distinctive damp, slightly flinty slate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>On the palate, it all comes together seamlessly The bright, very crisp fruit, the brilliant, clear, punchy acidity, which, together with the minerality, provides a lot of energy, the still slightly yeasty and creamy quality of the extended yeast storage and the sugar of 55 grams with 7.1 grams of acidity, which gives the Riesling an elegant, but by no means excessive sweetness.
