The parcel in the village of Vallet is located on a ridge that forms a 500 metre wide granite strip - a historical treasure of the Luneau family that explains the mineral precision of this wine.<\/dd>\n<dt>Grape variety &amp; vinification<\/dt>\n<dd><strong>bourgogne melon<\/strong>, the classic Muscadet grape variety, is vinified here with respect for the terroir.
