Grown at altitudes of 550-650 metres, the hand-picked grapes are fermented together in new and used pi\u00e8ce and 500-litre oak and acacia barrels and aged on the lees for 12 months.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Colour <\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Pale straw yellow with a silver tapered rim.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Nose <\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>On the nose, the 2020 Sangarida La Yegua flaunts ripe green and yellow pome fruits, reminiscent of Granny Smith, yellow pears and mirabelles. The lush fruit notes are wafted by salty sea breezes and framed by fine herbal spice. The wine promises a distinctive mineral pleasure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Mouth <\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>The palate delivers what the nose promises. With ripe, juicy fruit and a citrus twist on the nose, it builds up good pressure, accelerated by vibrant, deep minerality and a distinctive, salty finish.
