Also in the mix are roasted hazelnuts, rye and black truffle. After the bath, there are a few rum grapes and then a rich piece of red meat with black pepper and barbecue sauce from the heated, smoky beech wood fire....<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>The 2018 El Corral\u00f3n from Jim\u00e9nez-Landi is rich, expressive, dark and full of character on the palate. At the same time, it is nevertheless inspired by juicy red berry freshness. A berry-fruity beginning leads to a broad-shouldered appearance with dense and substantial tannin.
