Exuberantly floral and soft. Fresh almonds and green walnuts complement a delicately nutty layer. A little pome fruit marches out on quiet paws. Nashi pear and freshly cut Golden Delicous apples present a juicy, fresh fruit character. Wet stones, a hint of sea breeze and oyster shell then make a clear statement about the origin and idea of the wine. Restrained and delicate, nettle and lemon balm can still be detected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>On the palate, the varietal Melon de Bourgogne shows its enormous depth and precision. The ripeness on the yeast provides a pleasant melt. But only enough to make room for the cool, all-consuming minerality of La Grange. Stony, maritime and salty. The aromas alternate between light fruits and white flowers as well as a few yellow accents. Above all, the saltiness and almond come out clearly.
