Olivier is regarded as a passionate perfectionist and visionary who sets new standards and accents worldwide in terms of quality and natural biodynamic viticulture. The newly built winery in the middle of the vineyards, completely designed for the production of top wines, is a milestone. As president of the Biodyvin winegrowers' association, he pushes his members with verve unstoppably towards ever new shores. In his steep vineyards, however, the Jura gelding Nikita sets the pace.
