Characterised by the loess, the Pinot Gris is distinguished by its herbaceous, tart style and the precisely elaborated varietal character. The wine was aged 85% in steel and 15% in large wooden barrels with moderate alcohol. The wine did not go through BSA to preserve the freshness.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Colour<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Light yellow with green reflections.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Nose<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The nose of the 2020 Grauburgunder vom L\u00f6ss from Fritz Keller is lively. Its fruit basket is filled to the brim with ripe pome fruits, next to which lies a bouquet of dried meadow flowers. Yellow and red apples mingle with green pears and green almonds, giving it its light-footed and carefree nature.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Mouth<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>On the nose, the charmingly juicy fruit is balanced by fine spice and animating grip. Red-fruited, it is reminiscent of ruby and redcurrants, the herbs of the nose are also reflected on the palate.
