The vines are planted on loess-loam in cool side valleys and altitudes with east and north exposure up to 400 metres above sea level. The grapes are harvested at the earliest possible stage of ripeness in order to keep the acidity of the base wines stable. The whole grapes are gently pressed and only the cuv\u00e9e, i.e. the juice of the first pressing, is used. Only when the dosage is added does the sparkling wine receive a small dose of sulphur.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Colour <\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Old pink with constant perlage, radiant and clear.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Nose <\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Ripe wild strawberries, cherries and red currants fill its rich fruit basket. Added to this are light toasty notes reminiscent of freshly toasted boxed white bread with salty butter and raspberry jam. The animatingly fresh nose makes the lips purse purposefully towards the goblet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Mouth <\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>With a creamy texture and animatingly fine bubbly mousseux, it completely fills the mouth.
