Thanks to the stubbornness of Beno\u00eet Marguet's ancestors, who never sold their vineyards, the fifth generation of the family can enjoy excellent Pinot vineyards in Ambonnay and meanwhile also very good Chardonnay sites on the C\u00f4te des Blancs. Beno\u00eet is convinced that straightforward, honest wines can only come from a biodynamic approach. Here, the image of the horse ploughing in the vineyard is not just for show! In the cellar, renunciation of pure yeasts, for example, has top priority.
