The parcel is located in the Hautes-C\u00f4tes de Beaune at an altitude of 382 meters. The soils are interspersed with pebbles , limestone, calcareous marl and clay. The four hectares of the vineyard are divided into three hectares of vines and one hectare of compensatory land with boulders, hedges, fruit trees, grassy meadows with numerous orchids and rare tree species The vines were planted very densely with 10,000 canes per hectare and raised in Guyot and Lyra. The wine, fermented spontaneously, was aged for twelve months in used <em>pi\u00e8ces<\/em> and small stainless steel tanks on the yeast.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Colour<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>medium straw yellow<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Nose<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Boris Champys <em>Hautes-C\u00f4tes de Beaune <\/em><em>\u00c9<\/em><em>l\u00e9vation 382<\/em> <em>2019 <\/em>offers a ripe, almost soft and silky nose with notes of ripe apricots and peaches, melons, yellow apples along with a few slices of pineapple and lemon. There is also a hint of nuts lightly toasted in honey.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Also on the palate the white <em>\u00c9<\/em><em>l\u00e9vation 382<\/em> Ripe and full with the already mentioned mix of slightly exotic notes as well as those from the local orchard.
