Thomas Morey, Winzer in der zehnten Generation, liefert mit dem 2018er Les Embraz\u00e9es eine Lektion in Sachen Balance. In einem warmen Jahrgang wie diesem ist es die Kunst des Weglassens, die den Unterschied macht: Morey setzt auf biologische Bewirtschaftung, minimale Schwefelung und den behutsamen Einsatz von neuem Holz, um die Essenz seiner alten Reben aus den 1950er Jahren sprechen zu lassen. Dieser Premier Cru aus dem s\u00fcdlichsten Teil von Chassagne verbindet die Kraft der Sonne mit einer fast drahtigen, mineralischen Struktur, die f\u00fcr diese Appellation so bezeichnend ist.<\/p>\n
