Ein Duftbild, das Reife und Ruhe ausstrahlt \u2013 fast schon das eines Weins mit ein paar Jahren Flaschenlagerung.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>Am Gaumen h\u00e4lt der Wein, was die Nase verspricht: <strong>saftige, wei\u00df- und gelbfleischige Frucht<\/strong>, extraktreich, voll und rund. Dazu gesellt sich ein pikant bitterer Ton von <strong>Citrus peel<\/strong>, der dem Volumen Spannung verleiht und den Wein trotz seiner F\u00fclle nie erm\u00fcdet.<\/dd>\n<dt>Departure<\/dt>\n<dd>Im Finale z\u00e4hlt eine leise <strong>Saltiness<\/strong> mit \u2013 sie streckt den Nachhall und l\u00e4sst die Zitrusbitterkeit elegant ausklingen.<\/dd>\n<dt>Terroir &amp; origin<\/dt>\n<dd>According to <strong>Orane<\/strong>, J\u00e9r\u00f4mes Tochter, benannt, stammt der Wein von <strong>0,42 Hektar<\/strong> in Brochon, Flagey-Echezeaux und Gilly-l\u00e8s-C\u00eeteaux \u2013 also aus dem Herzen der <strong>C\u00f4te de Nuits<\/strong>, wo die Domaine in Saint-Philibert nahe Gevrey-Chambertin beheimatet ist. Aus einem Anfang mit winzigen 0,05 Hektar im Jahr 2002 ist ein Betrieb von 5,25 Hektar geworden, der 2020 mit einem Stern im Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France ausgezeichnet wurde.<\/dd>\n<dt>Grape variety &amp; vinification<\/dt>\n<dd>Reiner <strong>Chardonnay<\/strong>. Der Ausbau erfolgte zw\u00f6lf Monate in gebrauchten <strong>Eichenf\u00e4ssern (228 Liter)<\/strong> mit wenig Neuholz.
