Leuchtendes, eher translucent ruby<\/strong> \u2013 ein Wein, der schon im Glas zeigt, dass Frische hier wichtiger ist als Schwere.<\/dd>\n
Nose<\/dt>\n
Blutjung und unb\u00e4ndig: juicy cherries<\/strong> and Wild strawberries<\/strong> dr\u00e4ngen nach vorn, dahinter Plums<\/strong>, ein Hauch Hefe und eine w\u00fcrzige Schicht aus Pepper<\/strong>, Undergrowth<\/strong> and something Sattelleder<\/strong>. Kein simpler Fruchtkorb, sondern ein Gamay mit Ecken und Charakter.<\/dd>\n
Palate<\/dt>\n
Knackig, schlank, mit lively acidity<\/strong> und saftigem Fruchtkern. Herb and rock seasoning<\/strong> mischen sich unter die Beeren, dazu blitzen Salt<\/strong>, Pepper<\/strong> und eine dezente Spur Vanilla<\/strong> auf. Das Tannin ist rund und dient lediglich als Ger\u00fcst \u2013 es tr\u00e4gt, ohne je zu dominieren. Durchgehend klar und durchsichtig im Ausdruck.<\/dd>\n

Die Reben wurzeln in drei Parzellen der Hautes-C\u00f4tes de Beaune<\/strong>, wo die Weinberge bis auf \u00fcber 400 Meter klettern. In diesen H\u00f6henlagen reifen die Trauben rund eine Woche sp\u00e4ter als an der ber\u00fchmten C\u00f4te de Beaune \u2013 ein entscheidender Vorteil im Zeichen des Klimawandels, der hier nat\u00fcrliche Frische und Eleganz bewahrt.<\/dd>\n
Grape variety & vinification<\/dt>\n
Gamay<\/strong> aus alten S\u00e9lections massales<\/strong>, dicht gepflanzt mit 10.000 St\u00f6cken pro Hektar in Guyot-Erziehung. Rund die H\u00e4lfte der Trauben wurde als Ganztrauben in Mac\u00e9ration carbonique<\/strong> vergoren, spontan im Holzg\u00e4rst\u00e4nder mit kurzer, neunt\u00e4giger Mazeration. Der Ausbau erfolgte zw\u00f6lf Monate in alter Pi\u00e8ce<\/strong> and in the Fuder<\/strong> \u2013 schonend, ohne den Wein mit Holz zu \u00fcberformen.<\/dd>\n
