But then it shows its most elegant side: <strong>Fresh and crunchy apples<\/strong> with shell, <strong>ripe pears<\/strong>, exotic <strong>Carambola<\/strong> and a touch <strong>white melon<\/strong>. These are joined by <strong>Citrus notes<\/strong>, a fine <strong>Smoke tone<\/strong> and the mineral presence of <strong>Rock dust<\/strong> - an aromatic interplay between fruit and stone.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>A fascinating texture unfolds on the palate: <strong>alive<\/strong>, <strong>Juicy<\/strong> and from a <strong>elegant acidity<\/strong> which harmonises perfectly with a creamy, yet fine-grained structure. You can sense a subtle <strong>Tannin presence<\/strong>, which gives the wine grip and contour. This is the South Styrian interpretation of Chardonnay in its purest form. <strong>Powerful<\/strong> and <strong>pithy<\/strong>, without ever losing its finesse.
