The wine is juicy, lively and tonic with a tart austerity, <strong>Liquorice notes<\/strong> and zest. The interplay between lightness and substance is masterful - with only 10.5% alcohol, the Olla Blanc literally floats across the palate without losing its grip.<\/dd>\n<dt>Departure<\/dt>\n<dd>The finale surprises with a <strong>pronounced saltiness<\/strong>, which perfectly balances the wine and leaves a lasting impression.<\/dd>\n<dt>Terroir &amp; origin<\/dt>\n<dd>The grapes come from <strong>recultivated vineyards<\/strong> at an impressive altitude of 500 to 600 metres in Roussillon.
