Both share an almost philosophical approach to being a winemaker \"From the first buds to the harvest, the grapes are accompanied but never forced.\" Andr\u00e9es' credo is \"The man or the winemaker comes and goes. What remains is the soil! We just pass by!\" You can hear how connected she is to her Alsatian homeland. That's why she couldn't be dissuaded from continuing her parents' winery in Alsace.
