Instead of opulent fruit, it is dominated by <strong>Mineral notes<\/strong> From <strong>Graphite<\/strong> and <strong>crushed oyster shell<\/strong>, and an almost maritime impression of <strong>iodised sea air<\/strong>. Only a subtle shimmer <strong>creamy lemon<\/strong> a wine that does not impose itself, but invites you to discover it.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>Surprisingly juicy and more substantial than the restrained nose suggests. A <strong>pithy, ripe pome fruit<\/strong> carries the wine, accompanied by a fascinating <strong>chalky texture<\/strong>, which makes the terroir truly tangible. The <strong>Clear acidity<\/strong> structured precisely, while a <strong>Salty element<\/strong> provides a remarkable drinking flow in the finish.<\/dd>\n<dt>Departure<\/dt>\n<dd>Medium length with a persistent minerality and a slightly salty finish that immediately calls for the next sip.
