The mousse is elegant and persistent - a visual promise of quality.<\/dd>\n<dt>Nose<\/dt>\n<dd>This Cr\u00e9mant defines what varietal <strong>Chenin Blanc sparkling wines<\/strong> can: elegant fruit meets seductive <strong>Patisserie notes<\/strong>. Expressive and juicy unfold <strong>Citrus fruits<\/strong> and <strong>Pears<\/strong>, in addition <strong>Lemoncurd<\/strong>, <strong>Pain Suisse<\/strong> and a touch <strong>Vanilla<\/strong>. The nose is complex but never overloaded - precise and inviting.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>The Cr\u00e9mant is fresh and powerful on the palate, <strong>Dry and crisp<\/strong>, and at the same time juicy and brightly fruity.
