The aromas reveal an intense but never overripe cherry fruit, underpinned by a complex symphony of wild berries and plums. <strong>Undergrowth<\/strong> and autumnal foliage lend the wine a Burgundian depth, while the subtle smoky note testifies to the careful use of barriques. The cool, crisp expression reveals its volcanic origins.<\/p>\n<h3>Palate<\/h3>\n<p>The true mastery of the Franz Keller winery is evident on the palate.
