Hand-picked at the end of August\/beginning of September, three-day Mash fermentation<\/strong>, Spontaneous fermentation<\/strong> with its own yeasts, matured for five months in Concrete tank<\/strong>. Purist vinification that emphasises the fruit.<\/dd>\n
