Pale straw yellow with delicate green reflections - a wine that already visually announces its restraint and elegance.<\/dd>\n
Nose<\/dt>\n
This is where the Macabeu grape shows its most subtle side: Apple<\/strong>, Pear<\/strong> and Honeydew melon<\/strong> appear discreetly without dominating. With contact with the air, fine Floral notes<\/strong>, Yeast flavours<\/strong> and Bread dough<\/strong>, and a hint of Verveine tea<\/strong>. The bouquet is puristic, clear, almost meditative - an alternative to white wines with a primary fruit flavour.<\/dd>\n
Palate<\/dt>\n
The Ratpenat glides delicately and precisely over the tongue. The heavy notes<\/strong> and fine spicy flavours<\/strong> combine elegantly with the restrained fruit.
