The fruit palette remains consistently on the tart side: <strong>Sour cherry<\/strong>, <strong>redcurrant<\/strong> and <strong>Raspberry<\/strong> dominate, accompanied by tart accents such as <strong>Blackberry leaf<\/strong> and <strong>Currant leaves<\/strong>. Floral notes of <strong>Violets<\/strong>, <strong>Hollyhocks<\/strong> and a touch of <strong>Lavender<\/strong> lend additional complexity to the bouquet.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>This shows the class of this wine: <strong>silky<\/strong> and smoothly it flows over the palate, carried by a <strong>ripe, vibrant acidity<\/strong> and a refreshingly tart tannin structure.
