It needs air in its youthful stage, so please pour it into a carafe or large glasses. Then it shows fine apple and quince fruit, vineyard peach, lime blossom and orange, almonds and a hint of aniseed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gaumen-title\">Palate:<\/p>\n<p class=\"gaumen-content\">On the palate, it is juicy and invigorating at the same time, with a delicately salty flavour and inspiring acidity, with the fruit in the foreground. It can be enjoyed wonderfully on its own, but also with a wide variety of dishes.
