The wild Corsican landscape unfolds underneath <strong>Macchia<\/strong> with <strong>young rosemary<\/strong>, <strong>Lavender flowers<\/strong> and <strong>wild fennel<\/strong>. Delicate <strong>Peach notes<\/strong> and a savoury <strong>Sea breeze<\/strong> complete the multi-layered bouquet.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>The first sip surprises with <strong>creamy texture<\/strong> and silky viscosity that elegantly envelops the savoury basic structure. Typical of Vermentino, the wine alternates between <strong>Restrained fruit<\/strong> and <strong>Herbaceous macchia<\/strong>. The acidity remains discreetly in the background, while a <strong>strong saltiness<\/strong> revitalises the palate. Harvested early in the morning, destemmed and immediately pressed, the wine ferments at a cool 18 degrees. Five months of ageing in stainless steel preserves the fresh flavour.
