The mousse rises persistently and elegantly in the glass - a sign of precise craftsmanship and organic cultivation.<\/dd>\n<dt>Nose<\/dt>\n<dd>Restrained and complex at the same time. Initially dominated by <strong>fresh citrus fruits<\/strong> and <strong>green apple<\/strong>, then notes from <strong>Brioche<\/strong>, <strong>roasted hazelnuts<\/strong> and a fine <strong>Chalk minerality<\/strong>. The Pinot Meunier brings a subtle <strong>red berry fruit<\/strong> comes into play, which gives the champagne depth.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>Taut and precise with crisp acidity that is perfectly balanced by the minimal dosage. The texture is creamy, almost oily, with a core of <strong>Stone fruit<\/strong> and <strong>salty minerality<\/strong>.
