With contact with the air, notes of rosehip, cassis and subtle hints of <strong>Blackberry tart<\/strong>. The balsamic dimension reveals liquorice and dark chocolate, while mineral undertones reflect the altitude of the vineyards.<\/p>\n<h3>Palate<\/h3>\n<p>The palate reveals an impressive structure - powerful but never overwhelming. The texture is silky, with precise, finely drawn tannins that give the wine backbone. The fruit remains present, but is complemented by spicy notes (cinnamon, clove).
