A few years later, he met the South African cult winemaker Eben Sadie and a fruitful partnership began. Together with Jaume Sabat\u00e9, they searched for the best plots in the region. The goal was to work with autochthonous grape varieties and to produce site wines that reflect the highest degree of terroir. The Terroir al Limit team has undoubtedly succeeded in this.
