The medium-large, persistent perlage testifies to the long ageing on the lees and ensures an elegant, lively mousseux.<\/p>\n<h3>Nose<\/h3>\n<p>The nose reveals a fascinating duality: rich yellow stone fruit aromas meet intense green herbal notes.
