Thomas and his wife Sylvie cultivate about 13 hectares in the appellations Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and B\u00e2tard-Montrachet, Maranges, Santenay, Saint-Aubin and Beaune. The Moreys are 10th generation winemakers in Chassagne. In 2006, they decided to go into business for themselves. In 2014, they decided to have the farm certified organic. Thomas is able to work largely with old vines from the 1950s and 1960s. New plants are planted from s\u00e9lections massales of old vines.
