M\u00fcller, born in 1980 with a protected designation of origin Ulm, found his home in gastronomy after his Sturm &amp; Drang time and an aborted study of English, American studies and folklore.<br \/>\nFrom 2006 on, he first let Jan Bimboes &amp; Klaus Buderath (Landgasthof Adler*, Rammingen) show him the way. Afterwards, he was drawn to Schlosshotel Lerbach to Nils Henkel** &amp; Thomas Sommer. For six years, since 2013 as head sommelier, he enjoyed there the incentive to be stage designer for food and beverages to let them benefit from each other in the right light.<br \/>\nIn 2014 he was gratefully named \"Germany's Falstaff Sommelier of the Year\".<br \/>\nSince spring 2015, the much-travelled wine lover has been living in Burgenland in Austria and delights the guests of the restaurant Taubenkobel in Sch\u00fctzen am Gebirge with his laudations for the wines and plates.<\/p>\n<p>        <br clear=\"both\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Color:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>The wine shows itself in light straw yellow with white-golden reflexes clear and shining in the glass.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Nose:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>A testimony of timelessness.<\/div>\n<div>The curious combination of depth and lightness. Determined, determined and with righteous courage as the soul of its roots, this \"Burgundy\" from Burgenland speaks out. Initially reserved out of caution, this wine requires thought, air, patience and a large glass to reveal its true nature. Ideally, carafe before enjoying. After some time of youthful rambunctiousness, bright florals emerge in the form of broom, acacia and daisies, along with yellow-fleshed fruit flavors of honeydew melon and Hokkaido squash. Primarily austere, paying homage to the limestone, notes of toasted cereal and a madeleine soaked in single malt show tentatively alongside herbal hints of cress, honeybush and mate.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Palate:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Razor-sharp precision is the watchword of this wine.<\/div>\n<div>The yellow-fleshed aromas bundle together with a delicate smokiness that merely lends emphasis to the fine silhouettes. With the same meticulousness with which the 2016 Chardonnay Leithaberg by Gernot and Heike Heinrich assembles every piece of the puzzle, no matter how small, it also presents itself on the palate.
