In recent years, Friedrich and his father Fritz have managed the winery and made decisions together, and Friedrich is increasingly taking the reins. He is a winemaker through and through and lives and breathes wine. He now wants to consistently raise the Franz Keller winery to the next level. Friedrich has now switched completely to organic farming and is slowly moving towards biodynamic aspects.
