Today, it is Raoul's sons Fran\u00e7ois and Pierre who cultivate the 10 hectares, which are mainly found in the 1er Cru communes of Ludes and Ville-Dommange in the Montagne de Reims. 8 hectares are planted with 50 % each of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, 2 hectares with Chardonnay. Hur\u00e9's base wines do not undergo malolactic fermentation. They have a sharp fruitiness, yet are lean and precise with plenty of tension between a pleasant austerity and generosity. In addition to the classic Brut Invitation, the brothers produce a Blanc de Blancs, a Ros\u00e9, vintage champagnes and, with M\u00e9moire, an extra brut from a solera started in 1982.
