On the one hand, there is pronounced fruit in the form of black cherries, cranberries and plum jam, on the other hand, this is accompanied by the smoky spiciness of a juniper ham, as well as the ethereal notes of beetroot and the scent of ripe tomatoes, as well as some liquorice and black tea.<\/div>\n<div>Grounded and stirred up by sympathetic rough-legged animalism, this comes across as a very confident, yet frugal wine.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Authoritative and in a paradox of the comfort of dried dates and the tannic acidity of fresh cranberries, the 2018 Flores de Callejo paves its way with a smirk at the corner of its mouth.
