And the quality of his wines has proved him right. Manincor has become one of the absolute top wineries in South Tyrol, which now enjoys an excellent reputation far beyond its borders in Europe and the rest of the world. Under Helmuth Zozin, who took over the management of the winery in 2008, Manincor has once again made a significant push forward in terms of the quality and enjoyment of the wines. Not least, the consistent conversion to biodynamic viticulture gives the wines their final touch.
