A south-western slope at 300 metres above sea level with a mild, breezy microclimate and water-permeable, sandy loam on porphyry weathered rock, the soil with the greatest mineral structure in the vineyard.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Expansion: <\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>The destemmed grape berries remained in the press for twelve hours for maceration to extract aroma and structure from the skins. Fermentation took place in wooden barrels, partly spontaneously with the grape's own yeasts. During the four-month aging on the fine yeast refined aroma and taste.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Color:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Bright, shining yellow with clear green reflexes.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Nose:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>The 2018 Eichhorn is a wonderfully fragrant Pinot Blanc that presents itself with an abundance of the finest aromas. Pear, apple, quince intermixed with bright flowers, a hint of anise and chalky finesse. A wine that touches in its discreet manner and precise elegance. A true gem in the often noisy wine world.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Palate:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Attack on the palate: Salty, animating precision combines with stimulating and refreshing acidity. Here is unimagined power in the glass, which seems silky and light at the same time, power without weight.
