Peach, bright flowers, honey and apple skin mingle with malty cereal notes, wine yeast and dried ginger. Extremely animating, this puristic wealth of aromas is marked by an intoxicating depth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>On the tongue the impression arises as if one had bitten into a fresh apple. The fruit mixes with an animating acidity and the slight tartness of the peel. This incredibly refreshing and animating drink comes with delicate 11 Vol%. Delicate saltiness and subtle stony notes define its finish. A wine to meditate and indulge in, a soulful drop that just wants to be.
