This is joined by <strong>Limestone minerality<\/strong> and fine <strong>Agrumen notes<\/strong>. The aroma is more transparent and focused than that of its more sulphurised counterparts - a fascinating example of how just a few milligrams of sulphites can change the expressive power of a wine.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>Compact and dynamic. <strong>Crunchy pome fruit<\/strong> and <strong>Citrus fruits<\/strong> flow over the tongue with refreshing directness. The agile acidity gives the wine pleasant pressure and tension, while a fine tannin provides additional texture.
