Brilliant clarity with tantalising viscosity in the glass.<\/dd>\n<dt>Nose<\/dt>\n<dd>A beguiling interplay of flavours from <strong>ripe apricot<\/strong>, <strong>Honeydew melon<\/strong> and <strong>Peach<\/strong>, underlaid with fine notes of <strong>Orange blossom<\/strong> and <strong>Acacia honey<\/strong>. The biodynamic cultivation is evident in the crystal-clear fruit expression. Delicate <strong>Botrytis notes<\/strong> lend complexity, while a mineral slate flavour provides tension.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>Despite the opulent sweetness of 8% alcohol, this wine remains surprisingly light-footed and elegant.
