Candied ginger meets fresh citrus peel - Orange<\/strong>, Lemon<\/strong>, Bergamot<\/strong>. The five-month maceration period in amphorae gives the wine a fascinating complexity: Turkish honey<\/strong>, Rose water<\/strong>, subtle oxidation notes of caramelised quince and ripe fruit. Khaki<\/strong>.
