It needs air, lots of air, then aromas of ginger, aniseed and cardamom join in, carried by a distinctive and striking stony minerality. In its youthful stage, you can already sense its great potential for development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>The fruity and fragrant nose is followed on the palate by a precise, mineral and salty wine with plenty of grip, refreshing acidity and a long finish. It will continue to grow significantly over the next few years and reveal its full splendour.
