Behind it unfolds <strong>white flowers<\/strong> - chestnut and lime trees - and <strong>light green herbs<\/strong> such as chervil and coriander. Particularly fascinating: the mineral tones of <strong>wet pebbles<\/strong> and a chalky dimension reminiscent of Burgundian Chablis. The vines are rooted in crystalline rock - paragneiss, mica schist, quartzite - which produces loamy-sandy, stony Rigol soils. These poor, permeable soils characterise the mineral character of the wine.
