The malolactic fermentation also took place spontaneously in tonneau, where the wine then matured for 15 months. Aromas of cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant and raspberry jam are wonderfully framed by notes of undergrowth, tree bark, cocoa and leather. Violets, ivy and rose petals lend it additional seductive elegance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<p>Am Gaumen \u00fcberzeugt vor allem die Frische des 2021er Sp\u00e4tburgunder \u201cN\u201d, die den Eindruck erweckt, als w\u00fcrde man in Sauerkirschen und frische Beeren bei\u00dfen. Graphitnoten und eine feinmaschige Tannin Struktur zeigen sich perfekt. K\u00fchle und Eleganz sind hier das Credo. Wundervoll, lebendig und unverf\u00e4lscht, ohne jegliche Filtration.
