Half of the wine is matured in large wooden barrels and half in stainless steel, after which the wine is bottled unfiltered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Colour<\/h4>\n<p>Slightly cloudy golden yellow colour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Nose<\/h4>\n<p>The 2022 Pinot Blanc &amp; Chardonnay has aromas of apple, pear, brioche, wine yeast and hints of aniseed, dried ginger and freshly whipped salted butter on the nose. It is distinctive and mineral, characterised by the terroir on which it was grown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<p>On the palate, it is precise, dry and powerful, with a salty note that lingers on the tongue, accompanied by invigorating notes of citrus fruit, orange and apple peel.
