It smells fresh and juicy of roses and muscat, aromatic hops and tart citrus notes, passion fruit, verbena and lemongrass. There are also blossoms and juicy pomaceous fruit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<p>On the palate the <em>Purist <\/em>A wonderfully fresh wine with pleasant pressure, a lively yet sensual perlage, citrusy, tart and savoury notes and a slightly chalky texture. Here too, the aromatic grape varieties provide plenty of fruit, but these are countered by stony and slightly grassy and herbaceous notes.
