So let's have our first sip.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>There is more maturity here than in the fragrance. The citrus flavour remains in the foreground, but there are also notes of wax, quince and some crunchy apple, which is somewhat reminiscent of dry cider. The cr\u00e9mant always remains on the powerful side, appearing fresh, tonic and juicy with a light, slightly iodised note in the finish.
