With air contact Lemon grass<\/strong> and earthy slate notes. The fruit - Lime<\/strong>, white peach<\/strong>, unripe pear<\/strong> - remains discreetly in the background. Wet stones and mineral spice underline the origin from the grey slate of the Falkenlay parcel.<\/p>\n This Riesling flows over the tongue like a cold mountain stream - taut, demanding and of impressive clarity. Clemens Busch's characteristic phenolic structure gives it bite and grip. It is not the fruit that rules here, but Depth<\/strong>, Length<\/strong> and mineral precision. A wine for adults that rewards concentration and only reveals its complexity to the attentive taster.<\/p>\n The Falkenlay parcel is considered to be a prime piece of the Marienburg site. Protected from cold easterly winds, the vines benefit from optimal ripeness and a mineral character due to the deep grey slate. With 12.5% alcohol, the wine is elegant and precise - a prime example of the potential of dry Mosel Rieslings.<\/p>\n The mineral structure and herbal spice harmonise perfectly with saut\u00e9ed turbot with white asparagus and hollandaise sauce<\/strong>.
