Despite the traditional pressing method, the nose is surprisingly fresh and lively - a balancing act between tradition and modernity.<\/p>\n The true class of this exceptional white wine is revealed on the palate. The salty minerality on the long finish is particularly impressive - a fingerprint of the Priorat's slate soils.
