Die Reben f\u00fcr diesen Blanc de Blancs wurzeln tief in <strong>Belemnite chalk<\/strong> und sind im Schnitt rund <strong>45 years old<\/strong>. Genau dieses Zusammenspiel aus k\u00fchler Herkunft, Kreide und altem Rebmaterial gibt dem Wein seine straffe Eleganz und salzige Tiefe.<\/dd>\n<dt>Grape variety &amp; vinification<\/dt>\n<dd>Reiner <strong>Chardonnay<\/strong>.
