In the glass, the Santa Goccia presents itself in a bright cherry red with light, almost youthful reflections - a visual foretaste of the freshness that characterises this wine.<\/p>\n
The first impression is rough and untamed - just as an authentic country wine should be. Dark fruits dominate: Plum<\/strong>, blackcurrant<\/strong> and Blackberry<\/strong> alternate with lively Sour cherry<\/strong> off. This fruit and freshness dialectic makes the wine animating and lively. Particularly fascinating are the Mediterranean herbal notes of Thyme<\/strong> and Rosemary<\/strong>, which linger for minutes in the glass and give the wine its Tuscan identity.<\/p>\n The Santa Goccia shows its true strength on the palate: the triumvirate of fruit, acidity and tannins work in impressive harmony.
