These are joined by <strong>Lanolin<\/strong>a hint of <strong>Apple cider<\/strong>, <strong>Liquorice<\/strong> and <strong>Hops<\/strong>. Crisp <strong>Stone fruit<\/strong> and a trace of <strong>Lichens<\/strong> give the bouquet an almost natural wine-like appearance, reminiscent of Loire wines from Anjou.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>A light <strong>CO\u2082<\/strong> first greets the palate, then a tamed wildness unfolds: <strong>Herbal notes<\/strong> and <strong>mineral rock<\/strong> meet a pleasantly firm phenolic with a grippy bite. <strong>Pome fruit<\/strong> with shells, <strong>Grapefruit<\/strong>, <strong>Tea<\/strong> and <strong>warm apple juice<\/strong> alternate with each other.
